Thank you so much for supporting Busy Mama Games. Because we are a small business and work with limited production runs, we want to be transparent about how returns and refunds work.
Refunds
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a full refund.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns for card games or digital products once they have been shipped or downloaded. This is to ensure product safety, quality, and fairness to all customers.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly replace it at no cost.

Lost or Incorrect Orders
If your order is lost in transit or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it immediately at no charge.
Preorders
For preorder items, you may request a refund anytime before the product ships. Once shipped, the standard non-returnable policy applies.
