Shipping Times & Rates

Canada

Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

United States

Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days

International Orders

Shipping times vary depending on the country. Most orders arrive within 10–21 business days.
Please note: customs fees and import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or stuck in transit:

Include your order number and tracking number
We will assist in contacting the courier or issuing a replacement if needed.

Preorders

For preorder items, estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
Preorders ship once production is complete. If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, they may ship together unless otherwise noted.

You may cancel any preorder before it ships for a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If the address is incorrect, email us immediately.
Once an order ships, we are unable to change the destination or refund packages delivered to the wrong address.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you plan to offer it:
Local pickup in Edmonton may be available for select dates. You will be contacted with pickup details if chosen at checkout.
